What is HIBO?

Over the past 50 years, as the owner and creator of Hibo, my team has produced methods and procedures that were born out of personal experiences of “What Works and What Doesn’t.” What does work, are the events in HIBO’s 5 Step Planning & Development Bundle. Each event is in a specific building order that every project requires, and needs, to have a path to a successful completion and an expected PROFIT.

How HIBO Works

HIBO has worked with many Architects, Designers and Plans Providers and has come to an understanding that most projects need to start with a Building Budget before engaging with the Plans Providers. The Building Budget drives the size, the scope and the costs to build before originating the plans for construction.

Once the Budget is set and confirmed, the Plans provider now has the tools to move forward with design and create plans for permit that will meet the investment expectations. The Plans need to be completed with a level of detail that will generate the Scopes of Work for all the Vendors, Contractors and Suppliers to create and offer final bids and costs of work.

Once all Bids, Estimates and Building Costs are reviewed and excepted, HIBO will vet, direct and write contracts, create milestone protection payments and assure to protect each party to perform the best and timely projects expected.
