Event #1 – Project Feasibility Budget Analysis

The most important TOOL you can use to sell and perform, a home or investment project is The Project Feasibility Budget Analysis.

You must first know if the project is physically and financially feasible before you move onto any further building events.

Ask or understand the following questions that include but are not limited to those below:

Physical Considerations:

  • Will there be a need for a Zoning, Special Exceptions and/or Building Permit?
  • Will the Existing Structure(s) require additional Engineering or Special Code upgrades?

Financial Considerations:

  • What is the Fair Market Value of the Total Project “Before Investment & Construction?”

Once the contractor and homeowner address and agree of the Physical and Financial considerations of their project, the following HIBO Events will continue to guide the Contractor or investor through the following Budget Analysis Events:

  1. Project Design
Produce non working, non permit, conceptual elevations and floor plans for budget Purposes only. Not Construction!
  2. Description of Work Specifications (12 page format)
Address the needs of each line item & category as pertains to the projects needs similar to other projects
  3. Price analysis
Attach industry standard prices to line items as per Contractor / Investor
  4. Present Budget Analysis
Present and review the total project price and Descriptions of Work with the Contractor and/or Investor to give them the best understanding of the project Analysis.

See Fees & Services Page for Feasibility Fee

After The Project Budget Analysis has been performed and the Project Moves Forward. We will move forward with Event #2 (See Page 2).
